Rep. Emmanuel Cleaver, a black Democrat, admits that “if we had a white president we’d be marching around the White House” because of the state of the economy and its effects on blacks. So not only is he admitting that he’s a racist for judging Obama by his skin color (a good judgment, but a judgment nonetheless), but he’s admitting Obama has failed.
