Yes they do. You’re excusing rapists by saying, “Well, he wasn’t in his right mind.” If he wasn’t in his right mind when he raped the person, then he can’t go to jail; he can only go to an insane asylum. But let’s get off the rape thing and let me ask this instead: Because you say morals don’t come from a Higher Being, then what makes any Atheist believe such-and-such is bad or such-and-such is good? Name me something, anything, that you, an atheist, believes is wrong, and then tell me why you believe it’s wrong. I’m going to bed, so please, do not swarm my inbox with, “Why aren’t you responding, huh? Is it because you know you’re WRONG and you have nothing to SAY about it?” You do that a lot and it’s obnoxious.
