Anonymous asked: Tumblr provides Quantcast all it's statistics. Quantcast says that your Tumblr gets 3045 visits/month, but from only 2 actual people/month. If you don't believe me, go to Quantcast and lookup your Tumblr. Also in regards to adsense, based on your stats, you're only estimated to earn $121 a year. This assumes people actually click your ads. Why don't you add a paypal donation button too? LOL

Right now I’ve made like five bucks with AdSense. And I have StatCounter installed and Google Analytics, and they both indicate I get something like 15,000 visitors a month, with an average of 800 “unique visits” and about 600 “first-time visits” per day.

And I make $1,200 a month writing about politics, plus I work at a mom-and-pop used-books store. I’m by no means rich. I’m below the poverty line (the poverty line is a joke, though, being nowhere near poverty).

Also, you do realize that you’ve protected yourself from criticism or from being shown to be a liar by asking all of this anonymously, right? I mean, you do recognize the high level of cowardice and the lack of self-awareness it took to do that, right?
