Do you not know what the race card is? The race card can only be played by a person of a certain race who seeks to victimize HIMSELF because of his skin color. That’s what “playing the race card” means. Get a better understanding of common phrases like that before you go using them.
No, only smart blacks vote Republican, but not all smart blacks do vote Republican. Basically, there are no dumb black Republicans. The dumbest black Republican is smarter than the dumbest white Republican. It takes brains for a black man to see past the Democratic BS, that’s why there are no dumb black Republicans.
