Smart: For the same reason that criminals don’t shoot-up gun shows, nobody will shoot anybody in that crowd. Nobody will get hurt. The gun-owner who draws his weapon for the purpose of killing will be shot in the head before he can even begin his massacre. What the whole event will do is to disprove the liberal/media myth that more guns = more violence. In reality, the areas with the heaviest concentration of guns are the safest, when you don’t include gang-dominated areas. So the July 4 march would prove that liberals are either liars or idiots.
Idiotic: People will look at the event as kooky, which I think will do a disservice to Kokesh’s cause.
So I don’t know, it could go either way.
